Dimensional

Morning all!

Here we go with super project from

 Jane Castle

I will leave it to Jane to talk us through her

Autumn Printer Tray:

To begin with I started with a Tando Creative 103mm x 103mm Printer Tray pack and from this used the back and 2 of the dividers. The 2 dividers were stuck together and then all parts were given a coat of white gesso.
The back was then painted in various shades of Fresco Chalk Acrylic using a brayer.

Whilst this was drying I made 4 masks so I would be able to stamp the different compartments without overlapping.

Starting in the top lefthand corner —

The script was from Eclectica ESN03 and was stamped in Black Versa Fine

Tweet tweet from Jofy 15 was stamped in Adirondack Currant and aged Mahogany DI was used through a Stencil Girl Sunrise stencil

The leaves are from Eclectica EDY12 and stamped in Brilliance Crimson Copper

Don’t eat the Daisies is from Jofy 12 as was the flower stems which were stamped in Brilliance Pearlescent Ivy

The frames were then painted in Fresco French Roast, then given a coat of Americana Weathered wood and finally a coat of Nougat. Once completely dry the edges were touched with Treasure Gold in Olive Bronze.

Now onto the embellishments, the tree and flowers were from my crafting stash and really not quite sure where I purchased them from, the leaf and bird are from the Tando Creative Mini series.

The bird was painted in Fresco Haystack and Autumn Fire and then stencilled with Aged Mahogany DI.

The tree trunk coloured with Brilliance Coffee Bean and the top in Versa-Magic Sage and Brilliance Pearlescent Olive, lightly sanded before having 2 coats of clear embossing powder.

The fern leaf painted in Fresco Pumpkin Soup, Autumn Fire and Claret and this too had 2 coats of clear embossing powder.

Finally the 2 flowers were painted in Fresco Plum and Claret, 2 coats of clear embossing powder and then whilst still hot pressed into Jofy JM10 which had been inked up with Archival black ink. Once cold they were rubbed with Treasure Gold in Ruby and Renaissance.

Once assembled I coloured some thick white card with Haystack and Autumn Fire and used Jofy JM15 to stamp ‘Autumn’ in Adirondack Currant.

Materials used:

A lovely celebration of Autumn Jane, many thanks.

That's all for today folks - see you tomorrow.

Happy crafting, shopping, chilling out, crafting, bit more crafting....
